Processing Time: We aim to ship all orders within 2-4 days after payment confirmation, with approximately 90% of orders shipping within 2-3 days. Customized orders take an additional day for processing. If your order hasn’t shipped within 5 days of payment confirmation, please reach out to our customer service team.
Payment Confirmation: Orders confirmed by 9 PM (GMT) are processed for same-day delivery to our warehouse. Orders confirmed after 9 PM will be processed the next business day.
